The Mangalitsa pig by Wooly Pigs has better marbling and fat quality than other breeds because it is an extreme lard-type breed. It produces high-quality fat and very marbled, juicy and flavorful meat. Mangalitsa fat is more unsaturated than normal pig fat, so it tastes much "lighter", "cleaner" and melts at a lower temperature.

Cured Jowl bacon:
Cut and curd from the Jowl of the pig. This is the best cut of bacon in most people’s opinion. It’s been described as having narcotic-like qualities.
Cured loin bacon :
Cut and cured from the loin of the pig. The meat is marbled and has a very fine texture. The fat is incredibly luscious and melts on the tongue, and has a fairly neutral flavor, compared to the belly fat.
Cured bacon :
Cut and cured from the belly of the pig. This bacon has a strong porky flavor and the fat is very light on the tongue.
